BiPSA Group Decision Facilitator (public version)

The BiPSA Group Decision Facilitator (BiPSA-GDF) will integrate the various opinions of group members with respect to a binary (yes/no) question. You don't have to identify yourself, the group members, not even the question. You simply indicate what the group members think about the issue in question, and further indicate the considered impact, or 'weight', of each opinion source with respect to this particular question. This BiPSA-GDF will combine the wisdom of the group as a whole into one integrated answer.
