Weight is indicated by a natural number, or zero (input disregarded). The higher the weight number, the greater the influence of the corresponding BiPSA value on the integrated result. Application: The BiPSA Weighted Integrator (BiPSA-WI) is applicable to conflict resolution over a binary question. Given a question for which the possible answers are: (1) yes, (2) no, (3) I don't know, and given a group of respondents to this question, each allocated with a quantifiable measure of confidence, the BiPSA-WI will integrate the various opinions accounting for the (integer expressed) credibility of each respondent. By entering the various answers to the BiPSA Integrator along with the corresponding credibility measures, one would compute the integrated answer of the group as a whole. This integrated answer represents the combined wisdom of the community of respondents.

Illustration: can the team finish the project they work on, on time? The project manager has an opinion, but the rest of the team is knowledgeable too. If each team member will offer his BiPSA answer to this binary question, and the credibility of each member would be accounted for then the BiPSA integrator will reflect the opinion of the team as a whole.
